I had my first appointment with Andrew today. It was my first hair appointment in years.. Andrew really put me at ease and listened to me entirely. The salon itself was so warm and welcoming. From start to finish the experience was so lovely. My hair looks and feels brand new. Andrew is very informative and has such brilliant knowledge - he informs you of all the necessary. I booked here after a bad experience elsewhere, Andrew himself sorted my disaster hair out, explained everything he was doing and how to correct it. I had a lovely hour and half chatting about everything. The salon is gorgeous and so welcoming. Amazing hair wash. Professional and caring and very passionate about the work he does.
